Hawker 4000
“The largest and most advanced aircraft in the Hawker family, the 4000 combines composite technology, long-range performance, and spacious comfort for intercontinental travel.”
Introduction & Fun Facts
The Hawker 4000, originally known as the Hawker Horizon, was developed to compete in the super-midsize category with aircraft like the Challenger 300 and Gulfstream G200. It was one of the first business jets to feature a fully composite fuselage, reducing weight while increasing strength and durability.
With seating for 8–9 passengers and a range of 6,300 km, the Hawker 4000 bridges Europe with the Middle East, Africa, and parts of Asia nonstop. Although production ended in 2013 after around 70 deliveries, it remains a highly valued aircraft on the charter market due to its comfort and performance.
Fun fact: The Hawker 4000 was certified in both the U.S. and Europe after one of the most extensive testing programs in business aviation, underscoring its focus on safety and reliability.
