Frequently asked questions.

1.How does booking with a private jet broker work?

— Share your dates, passenger count, and route. We compare certified AOC operators in real time and send 2–3 aircraft options. After you confirm: charter agreement, secure payment, passenger briefing, and 24/7 trip management through boarding.

2.How much does a private flight cost?

— Pricing depends on aircraft type, distance, airport slots, repositioning, and requested services. Quotes include standard taxes/fees; potential extras include de-icing, premium catering, crew overnights, or last-minute changes. We provide a firm, transparent quote before you commit.

3.Is Odinjets an air operator?

— No. Odinjets is a broker. We source aircraft from operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) with qualified crews, so we can recommend the best aircraft for safety, comfort, and price.

4.Can I book at the last minute?

— Yes. Departures can often be arranged within 2–4 hours, subject to aircraft availability, airport slots, handling, and permits. Our team is available 24/7 for urgent and same-day flights.

5.What is an empty leg and is it worth it?

— An empty leg is a repositioning flight sold at a reduced rate. Pros: very attractive pricing. Cons: limited schedule/route flexibility and higher cancellation risk if the primary flight changes. Best if your dates are flexible.

6.What about special baggage and pets?

— Each aircraft has specific volume/weight limits. Tell us about skis, golf bags, instruments, or fragile items so we can select a suitable aircraft. Pets are usually welcome with up-to-date documents (passport, vaccines) and a carrier if required.

7.Which airports can I use?

— Private jets access many secondary airports, often closer to your destination and with fast private terminals (FBOs). We’ll recommend the most convenient option based on schedule, taxes, and local restrictions.

8.What are the cancellation and change policies?

— Policies vary by operator and timing. The closer to departure, the higher the fees (sometimes non-refundable). We can offer flexible terms and, on request, trip-cancellation insurance. All conditions are clearly stated before payment.

9.What services do you provide on the ground and in the air?

— Tailored catering, beverage selection, Wi-Fi (on certain aircraft), cabin layouts with club seating or berths, chauffeur transfers, private lounge access, VIP assistance, tarmac transfers where permitted, and support for special requests (dietary needs, baby equipment, confidentiality).

10.What documents do passengers need?

— Valid passports for all passengers, required visas/ESTA, consent letters for unaccompanied minors, and API/PNR information where mandated. We guide you through entry requirements and check any health or customs constraints for your itinerary.
