Dassault Falcon 2000EX / LX / LXS
“The Falcon 2000 family blends French refinement, advanced technology, and intercontinental performance in a wide-cabin twin-jet designed for comfort and efficiency.”
Introduction & Fun Facts
The Dassault Falcon 2000 was first introduced in the early 1990s as a smaller sibling to the tri-jet Falcon 900. Its design philosophy was simple: a wide, comfortable cabin, combined with impressive efficiency for long-range operations.
The 2000EX, introduced in 2003, added more powerful engines and extended range. Later came the 2000LX, featuring blended winglets for reduced fuel burn and further performance improvements. The latest version, the 2000LXS, combines all the advances with enhanced short-field performance, allowing it to access airports that larger jets cannot.
With a range of up to 7,400 km, the Falcon 2000 can easily connect Europe to the U.S. East Coast, the Middle East, or Central Asia nonstop.
Fun fact: Thanks to Dassault’s fighter jet heritage, the Falcon 2000 is praised for its aerodynamic efficiency and smooth handling, often described by pilots as one of the most enjoyable jets to fly.
